Now for some techie stuff just for the bulding managers...companies such as HID produce special readers that are not normal over the counter units in the some cases such as with HID the readers are referred to as "HID Gold Class". Each secuirty company can get their own gold class series issued to them. For example Expert Security has it's own Gold class ID 10??, Seadan Security has it's own unique gold class number 10??. You will see this 4 digit number on the back of the reader.
